Our collaborative studio team thoughtfully inspects, packs, and prepares every order for accuracy. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your small-batch items to ship out. Once your package leaves our shop via USPS, transit times are generally 1 to 5 business days, and a tracking number will be emailed to you immediately.
Please open and inspect your box as soon as it arrives. If an item has been damaged in transit, save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue, and use our online contact form to email us right away. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced immediately at no extra cost to you.
